I have been a Realtor® with Wagons West Realty for over 20 years. I became Broker of Wagons West Realty in February of 2014. After living here since the mid 80's I have come to know Goshen County and love being a part of this community. I was re-married in October of 2016 to longtime Goshen County resident Kirk Rutt. Our blended family includes his Sons Sawyer and Austin Rutt and daughter Bailey Rutt. I have a Son, Owen Osmera and a Daughter, Olive Osmera from my previous marriage. I was born in Nebraska, but I grew up in Goshen County.
I was President of the North Platte Valley Board of Realtors 2009-2011. I previously held the Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer seats 2007-2009 as well. In 2003 I received Realtor® of the Year honors voted by my peers of the North Platte Valley board of Realtors. I currently reside on the City of Torrington Planning Board and I also volunteer for the NPVB Annual Softball Tournament for Cancer Committee.
Wagon's West has flourished over the years in part because of their commitment to the community, actively sponsoring a diverse number of community activities such as Dare, Rooster Booster and Gracie's Promise to name a few.
I strive to serve my customers and clients both professionally and personally and try to make the home buying and selling experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I will go down every avenue to help you in the process of Buying or Selling your home. I have experience in all aspects of the REAL ESTATE Industry. The majority of Real Estate transactions in our market area are traditional sales, but there are other types of Real Estate transactions too. There are foreclosed homes or a home that is listed or needs to be sold as a Short Sell. Our office lists homes that are foreclosures and we specialize in the Short Sell process too. These types of homes sales can be complicated, but rest assured, I know the process and I will walk you through it and answer all your questions. I hope to work with you in the future as your agent.
